Barack Obama was the center of attention this week after The National Enquire Magazine released a photo of the president looking at a college girls ass as while both tried to hug each other.

According to a shocking new report in The National ENQUIRER, the Commander-in-Chief’s eyes wandered all the way down the young woman’s dress.

The cozy clutch was said to have taken onlookers by such surprise that they even called him “a perv,” according to the magazine.
